northwest gel is a part of our family. they are always on time with the shipments and the machines they sell are very durable. one of my machines is about 14 years old. i have had one issue with the machine and i called norm and he basically fixed it for me over the phone.
if you want to do gel bags for any reason, these are the people you need to business with.
it must pretty good, i do about 10,000 bags a month.
