His expertise covers everything from bone regeneration and grafting to complex dental reconstructions to sleep dentistry to facial esthetics. Dr. Andy also believes in the power of PRF for both his dental and esthetic patients, because of its extensive benefits in collagen production and accelerated wound healing. Dr. Andy also specializes in innovative techniques like nerve repositioning and zygomatic implants to help patients who were once told implant procedures were not possible. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, peels, and skin consultations. * Collaborate with dental and medical staff to create a holistic approach to patient care. * Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients. * Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service. * Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. * Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products and services * Familiarity with med spa procedures is a plus *What We Offer:* * *Production Paid:* Your earnings reflect your hard work and dedication.
