Join the WFS/IND Airport Passanger Service Team. $17 Per Hour Plus Flight Benefit! * Customer Service Responsibilities: Agent Passenger Service performs all aspects including:

• making reservations, preparation & issuance of tickets & itineraries, checking baggage, collection of excess baggage charges.
• providing passengers with general travel information; meets aircraft at gate, performs duties at boarding gates when enplaning & deplaning passengers.
• checks passenger ticket, completes all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers holding reservations, standbys & their luggage.
• performs lost & found activities.

Minimum Required Skills:

• · At least 18 years of age.
• · High school diploma or equivalent.
• · Valid drivers’ license.
• · Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language.
• · Ability to work in inclement weather.
