Role Description
We have an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Chemist. The Analytical Chemist ensures the integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of surfactants and quaternary ammonium compounds through advanced chemical analysis, method development, and data interpretation. This role collaborates closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to drive innovation, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position is essential for ensuring that raw materials, intermediates, and finished products consistently meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
Required education
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry
Minimum Experience: 2–5+ years in a chemical manufacturing or quality control environment, ideally with experience in surfactants, quats, or specialty chemicals.
Required experience:
Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Analytical Chemistry
Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting; Experience with surfactant manufacturing is a plus
