Responsibilities:

• Engage Enthusiastically: Actively connect with prospects, showcasing the amazing amenities of our properties.
• Detail-Oriented: Take precise notes and understand the specific needs and desires of potential residents.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep the Property Manager updated with progress, tasks, and opportunities.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with daily special offers and share these exciting deals with prospects.
• Local Expert: Research the area to emphasize the benefits of living in these fantastic neighborhoods.
• Administrative Support: Help with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service is a MUST!
• People Person: Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases with ease.
• Skilled Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best deals.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Benefits:

Pay Range:
$19/hr - $21/hr (Based on Experience)
