The Cedar Falls Recreation Division is hiring aquatic staff for the 2025/2026 fall/winter/spring season. Expected employment will be August 26, 2025 - May 29, 2026. Positions vary and hourly wages will range from $11.10-15.45 based on position, qualifications, and experience.
Expected hourly wage by position:
Minimum requirements for swimming related positions: Lifeguard Certification which includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment background and drug screen are required for all positions.
