Culver's - Immediate Assistant General Manager Needed

Culver's, a beloved food and beverage brand rooted in small-town Wisconsin charm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Culver's of Shear Avenue in Indianapolis, IN. As an Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to cultivate your skills and lead a team dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Guest Service: Build trust in the brand through friendly and quick service.
• Communication: Foster open communication and cooperation.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with others to create a great dining experience.
• Leadership Skills: Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and inspire excellence.
• Shift Management: Ensure quality products, excellent service, and cleanliness while meeting financial targets.
• Accountability: Implement restaurant policies effectively and hold team members accountable.
• Financial Acumen: Understand and exceed key performance indicators.
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate locally within 15 miles.
• Valid Driver License: Must have and maintain valid drivers license.
