Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative solutions to enhance our brand's visibility across our website, social media, and events.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and Growth teams to execute campaigns promoting new products and features and stories.
Maintain and evolve our visual and brand identity, ensuring consistency and high-quality design outputs.
Qualifications/Skills:
Portfolio Requirements: Demonstrates a robust portfolio with brand design expertise across multiple channels, including significant work on social media platforms.
Design Mastery: Excels in typography, color theory, layout, and composition, with proven ability to adapt these skills to both digital and physical mediums.
Innovative Thinking: Pioneers forward-thinking design strategies and employs cutting-edge tools, including AI, to push the boundaries of what is possible in brand design.
Communication and Storytelling: Effectively communicates design concepts, enhancing our brand's storytelling through visual and verbal presentations.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in using Figma, with a strong understanding of atomic design principles to create modular and scalable design systems. Adaptable to new technologies and tools that enhance design workflows.
Trend Awareness: Stays current with design and social media trends, continually innovating to keep our differentiated brand modern and relevant.
