What You'll Do as BOM:

As our Business Office Manager, you'll oversee essential administrative operations, including:

• Managing resident files and accounts
• Handling payroll and accounts payable
• Supporting HR and staff onboarding
• Coordinating with our corporate billing team
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Your work ensures that our facility functions efficiently, so clinical staff can focus on resident care.

What We're Looking For:

We'd love to meet you if you have:

• Experience in business operations, HR, admissions, or related areas
• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing and payroll processes (preferred)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and organizational management
