Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our office in Canal Winchester. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing office procedures and budgets effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of resident billing, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay accounts.
• Oversee accounts receivables, collections and monthly financial reporting.
• Conduct financial counseling for residents and families during admission and throughout the residents stay.
• Supervise front office staff.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, state and federal guidelines and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Collaborate with Administrator and interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in office management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
