Your Role: As a CNA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities including personal hygiene
• Responding to resident calls with compassion and care
• Ensuring dietary needs are met by understanding individual preferences and restrictions
• Recording vital signs under the direction of nursing staff
• Alerting nursing staff to any changes in resident health or behavior

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors
