Your Role: As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead our cleaning teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in residential and vacation homes across Bozeman and Big Sky. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and help us achieve our vision of the ultimate clean.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to spot what others might miss.
• Leadership Skills: Prior experience in housekeeping and supervising teams is preferred.
• Results-Driven: Enjoy seeing the immediate impact of your work and motivating others to excel.
• Positive Attitude: Bring a glass-half-full outlook to foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
• Full-Day Availability: Ability to commit to full-day shifts during our office hours of 8:20 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
