Job Overview Client Service Associate (Wealth Management): Compensation: $110,000 $125,000/year + bonus. Location: New York, NY. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid).

Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Service Associate (Wealth Management) in New York, NY. In this hybrid role with our client, you will be the primary contact for high-net-worth clients, overseeing onboarding, cash and asset movements, reporting, and account maintenance. You will also support private investments, coordinate with custodians and external professionals, and use systems such as SS&C Advent Axys/Moxy to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing operational support and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Onboarding & Transfers: Manage new client onboarding, collect documentation, set up accounts, and process transfers across custodians and internal systems.
  • Cash & Asset Movements: Coordinate wires, checks, recurring transfers, and remittances with custodians and internal teams.
  • Account Maintenance: Oversee ownership changes, address updates, signer changes, closures, and estate-related servicing, including distributions and documentation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and distribute performance reports, appraisals, and tax documents while maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Private Investments & Compliance: Support capital calls and distributions for private investments while ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in client service, operations, or administration at an RIA or large bank, with prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with experience in CRM systems and portfolio management platforms such as SS&C Advent Axys/Moxy preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with investment products, custodial systems, portfolio statements, and private investment structures.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, professional client service.
