Location:

This is an in-office position based in South Tampa, FL.

Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN:

• Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
• Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
• Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.

Qualifications:

• An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required).
• One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).

• Compensation: This is a salaried position with a robust bonus structure!
• Setting: This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM position
