Our client, a full-service, Am Law 200 law firm with offices in 10+ locations is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in securities and private investment fund formation to join their growing Business Transactions practice group.

Job Details

Qualifications:

3-4 years of significant reporting experience with the Securities ’33 and ’34 Act.
Experience or a strong interest in working with public companies, startups, founders, and venture capital firms in company formation.
Corporate governance, securities law, angel investments, and venture capital financings experience.
JD Required.
Admittance to the State Bar required.
