Description

The Cabinet Maker (Custom Cabinetry / High-end Mill work) is responsible for:

• Creating detailed designs for custom cabinetry based on client specifications and design preferences
• Utilizing woodworking tools and techniques to fabricate cabinetry components such as doors, drawers, shelves, and frames
• Maintaining clear and open communication with clients throughout the design and fabrication process
• Addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Providing coaching and mentor-ship to junior cabinet makers
• Leading complex projects from start to finish
• Participating in design discussions and providing input on feasibility and improvements

Profile

The right candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Cabinet maker within high-end mill-work or custom cabinetry environment
• Proficient in intricate woodworking techniques & familiarity with various wood species
• Keen eye for detail
• Collaborative spirit

Job Offer
