Labcorp Biopharma Solutions is seeking a cytotechnologist with strong communication skills for our Indianapolis Central Laboratory Services (CLS) location. We support global clinical trials across various laboratory disciplines with standardized processes and instrumentation in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and the United States. This opening seeks a cytotechnologist to be part of a team of four in establishing a new high-volume gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology service in Indianapolis. The candidate will assist in screening, operate laboratory instruments, and support clinical trials involving cytology services. The role requires effective communication with a global team to enhance departmental and client interactions. Success in this role will lead to service development and expansion, increased operational scale, and an expansion of professional opportunities.

Pay Range: All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Cytology/APH Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Cytology program.
• ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a Cytologist/Cytotechnologist is desirable but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• ThinPrep certification is a plus.
• Must pass slide screening requirements and annual CAP proficiency test.
