Our thriving dental practice is seeking a talented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our incredible team. True Design Dentistry is a well-establish, privately owned and operated family practice. Our enthusiastic team and doctor are committed to each other, and to providing the highest standards for the patients they serve.
We're a FULLY-staffed office with an incredible front + back team who has been working together for years but we're looking to add on another Treatment Plan Coordinator. We have a four member team up front (hygiene coordinator, treatment plan coordinator, insurance coordinator), with one virtual support team member who provides back end support 8 hours a day.
We have an amazing team of very distinct roles in the front desk that all work together to provide the smoothest, best patient care possible! We a lot of take pride in providing top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our success.
We are seeking the help of a disciplined dental professional possessing the skill-set and ability to achieve workplace goals while providing patients with creative scheduling & financial solutions for optimal health. Our Ideal candidate must be open to training, proficient with digital technology, willing to embrace our 'patients first' philosophy while meeting every challenge with a smile. Applicants must be detailed oriented, execute a systematic approach to daily tasks and masterfully address patient questions with pose and tact. Experience in claims processing and billing working in a chartless Dentrix environment are a BIG plus!
