Whole Team Innovations, a dynamic and growing marketing and sales company based in Chicago, is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in promotional marketing, customer engagement, and sales within a collaborative and energetic environment.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
Help develop and distribute marketing materials across digital, print, and event platforms.
Partner with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm ideas, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
Support customer outreach efforts, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and communications.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth.
Contribute to the coordination of events, product launches, and community engagement activities.
Track and report on campaign performance to support optimization and improvement.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure positive client interactions.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers, clients, and the public.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
A genuine interest in marketing, branding, and sales.
No prior experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
Weekly Pay (every Friday).
