Responsibilities :

• Develop a pipeline of candidates that have the right credentials for open positions at highly regarded firms.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and build a deep understanding of their backgrounds and interests, establishing a strong professional connection with them.
• Represent recruited candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, preparing them for interviews and advising them as they evaluate career opportunities.
• Partner with colleagues and clients to effectively onboard placements at their new firm.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree. Major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred but not required.
• A tenacious spirit and a highly competitive mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient workflow management skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize the company's database effectively.
• Customer-centric orientation, positive attitude, strong financial motivation, flexible mindset and desire to have fun.
