About the Role: We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Event Planner to support our Event Director in producing high-energy, high-impact events—primarily within Fraternity and Sorority Life, including local and destination events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a background in Greek Life, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event production and planning. Responsibilities: Supporting the Event Director in daily operations Managing and filtering incoming sales leads, phone calls, emails, and inquiries Booking and coordinating event details Attending and assisting with on-site event execution Running errands and handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new staff/interns Supporting marketing and social media efforts Required Qualifications: Former member of a sorority or fraternity (REQUIRED) Bachelor’s Degree (Required) 2+ years involvement in Greek Life (e.g., officer or committee role) 1+ years in event management, customer service, or operations (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Problem solver who thrives under pressure Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed Team player with a can-do attitude Schedule and Benefits: 8-hour shifts, weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
