Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant​

Apartment Leasing Consultant will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:
Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community.
Answering phones, greeting potential clients/residents, and showing available apartment homes.
Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
Ensure the appearance of model apartments & future apartment homes are acceptable for showing.
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mindfulness of "curb-appeal" in the community.
Must be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere.
Proficient with YARDI,Onesite etc. Property Management software a must!
Familiar with Fair Housing guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in the apartment industry for one year.
Preferred Qualifications: College degree.
