We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Finance who will be responsible for developing and directing the company’s analytical, financial plans and policies. The Director of Finance will also report on metrics to optimize our growth by understanding where efficiencies exist to maximize scalability throughout the year.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for creating financial models to support organizational decision making.

This position will be responsible for analyzing industry trends, competitors, market conditions, acquisition target analysis as well as evaluating capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Proven work experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters
• Adept in fiscal management principles and processes, including resource management and needs assessment
• Financial leadership: You will serve as a strategic partner in achieving the company's operational and financial objectives
• Growth leadership: As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial function and supporting our rapid growth
• You'll oversee all aspects of our finance function, from accounting and financial reporting to cash flow management and tax planning. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our financial processes and controls are efficient, effective, and compliant.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required; master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred, not required
• Banking or Private Equity experience a must
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently; comfortable with risk and setbacks; highly analytical, resilient, and a problem solver
• Proficient management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient analytical and organizational skills
• This position requires high energy and a strong work ethic, outstanding communications, and interpersonal skills (particularly presentation skills) and a deep knowledge of business and finance.
