As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming digital payments for healthcare businesses in your territory. Your mission will be to help practices enhance their financial stability by driving patient payments. By building reliable relationships and providing tailored solutions, you will serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Rectangle Health.

Rectangle Health offers top-tier sales and marketing tools to help you develop your sales pipeline. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in healthcare payments and understand the challenges medical and dental practices face in collecting patient payments.
  • Prospect both in-person and virtually to engage healthcare office managers and doctors, showcasing our value proposition connected to their business needs.
  • Establish connections with dental associations, chambers of commerce, and community groups to generate a strong pipeline of lead referrals.
  • Utilize CRM data and tools to prioritize interested practices, effectively managing a sales pipeline to support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and fellow consultants to share best practices, insights, and strategies.
  • Take ownership of your territory, leveraging data and tools to tailor daily and weekly plans for maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Two or more years of territory sales experience.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to independently manage your schedule.
  • Capable of presenting in-person and virtually via video conferencing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and self-driven work style.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce.com or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience in financial, healthcare, or technology sales is advantageous.
