A Better Solution In-Home Care is looking to hire experienced caregivers for
day shifts, Monday through Friday ranging from short visits to 6 hour shifts in Stanwood and Camano The ideal candidates for this position will have a passion for providing compassionate care and a working knowledge of all caregiving fundamentals.

Qualifications: - Active CNA/HCA License, or willingness to become certified within 200 days of hire
- Must maintain your professional credentialing by renewing each year and receiving the required annual continuing education
- Driver License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
- Must pass DSHS background check and fingerprinting process
- Good written and oral communication skills
- At least one year care giving experience, preferred
Job Responsibilities may include any of the following: - Personal care, including bathing assistance
- Transfers & ambulation
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and shopping
- Light house keeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship & supervision
