About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure progress is on schedule Organize and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Collaborate with team leads to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies Maintain documentation, project artifacts, and status reports Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status Support the PMO or senior project managers with reporting, scheduling, and coordination activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel , Jira, Asana) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kavyos Consulting
