· Minimum of one year of legal experience
· College Degree preferred, and JD’s are considered
· Extreme attention to detail of documents and calendaring
· Completely comfortable using a variety of legal software and government websites for research
· Ability to “adjust your sails” and work in both a file and document-heavy environment
· An attitude of collaboration and the ability to work independently is an absolute must
