This position is in Monticello NOT Minneapolis Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Polaris) Monticello, MN $20.33/hour Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Fridays Off! Polaris is hiring Machine Operators for our 2nd shift in Monticello, MN! We’re open to candidates who may not have every skill listed but bring experience with tools, a willingness to learn, and a solid manufacturing background. What You’ll Do: Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently Load parts and verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts Maintain production targets for cycle time, quality, and quantity Use hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges Ensure part quality through in-process inspections Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed Accurately complete inspection paperwork (IP sheets) What We’re Looking For: Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting Familiarity with blueprints and mechanical drawings 1+ year of CNC experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or GED Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Perks & Benefits: $20.33/hour + weekly pay Three-day weekends – Fridays off!
