Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with product, QA, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Internship experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to break down complex systems and processes into manageable components.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or wireframing tools is a plus.
