The Volunteer Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and aligning PMI San Francisco's offerings with their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Sponsor Engagement and Acquisition: o Proactively reach out to potential sponsors to discuss their needs and how PMI San Francisco can support them. o Present sponsorship packages and negotiate terms to secure new sponsorships that are mutually beneficial. Sponsor Relationship Management: o Maintain ongoing communication with current sponsors to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on their partnership experience. o Identify areas for improvement in sponsor relationships and collaborate with management to implement changes that enhance sponsor value. Reporting and Analysis: o Regularly update the sponsorship database with interaction logs and status reports. o Prepare and present reports to PMI management that summarize sponsor feedback, the status of potential sponsorships, and recommendations for enhancing sponsor engagement strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade. Proven experience in sponsorship management, sales, or a related field is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Expectations: The role requires consistent communication with sponsors and potential sponsors, requiring discretion and professionalism.
