Job Overview Under the direction of the Senior Construction Supervisor and/or Facility Supervisor, the Painter will provide daily maintenance operations and activities for all assigned facilities/areas, including new construction/renovations. The incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates request or problems where appropriate, and establishes priorities. The incumbent must professionally interact with contractors, vendors, employees, and our customers to maintain effective working relationships to meet department objectives.
