Essential Duties:

\n
• Masks off, if needed, for preparation for painting
\n
• Applies adhesives, caulking, sealants or coatings
\n
• Applies and utilizes cleaning solvents
\n
• Cleans equipment or machinery
\n
• Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
\n
• Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
\n
• Reads measuring device
\n
• Works adjusted schedules and overtime when required
\n
• Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
\n
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards
\n
• Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
\n

\n
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

\n
• High School diploma, or GED preferred.
\n
• 1 - 3 years related industry experience
\n
• In lieu of diploma, relevant work experience demonstrating the required job skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the job
\n
• Operation of small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment
\n
• Goal oriented and team focused to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner
\n
