This position involves performing a wide range of janitorial and maintenance tasks to ensure that all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall appearance and safety of the premises by handling floor care, landscaping, and general labor duties. Additionally, the role requires operating heavy machinery and applying painting skills to support upkeep and repair activities.
