This position is responsible for providing customer service support to our pest services business, clients, and field services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, forward calls, provide information, and take messages.
• Ability to respond to multiple calls with the basic understanding of department processes and procedures.
• Create and distribute multiple service department reports.
• Assist in the administrative setup of new clients.
• Organize and distribute electronic mail and other company related communications.
• Receive and route inbound client requests and process to appropriate departments.
• Maintain sensitivity and oversight to our 1-hour return communication by staff.
• Perform the timely setup of new client programs within PestPac and CRM systems to ensure services is delivered as promised and per specification and in accordance with PSSI's client service agreements.
• Manage existing client profile and services scheduled in Pest Pac.
• Create and maintain record keeping electronic and physical filing systems.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Schedule and coordinate staff and client new start rollouts pertinent to new service procedures.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. Build company brand by example and positively communicating with customers, government, community organizations, and team member whiles ensuring ethical business practices.

YOUR MUST HAVES:
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Excel and Work, WorkWave PestPac, and QuickBooks
Due to the nature of this work, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree ("GED")
1-2 years office experience
