This role blends big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, giving you a front-row seat to high-impact races in a fast-paced, high-stakes political environment.
The ideal candidate is politically savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while efficiently handling tasks such as mailer production and client-facing responsibilities. Our culture rewards proactive problem-solvers who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring the campaign runs smoothly and achieves its goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute political and digital campaign strategies, from concept to delivery
  • Develop and oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource use
Execution & Coordination
  • Manage production of campaign materials, including direct mail, digital assets, and vendor deliverables
  • Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and partners to maintain quality and timeliness
  • Maintain project trackers, ensuring accountability and transparency across teams
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met and expectations managed
  • Train and guide staff on client communication and project workflows
Operational Support
  • Handle scheduling, logistics, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, or political consulting (Texas campaign experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing direct mail and/or paid digital programs from planning to deployment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Politically savvy, with a deep understanding of campaign dynamics and the Texas political landscape
  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of completing tasks quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable floating between tasks and adapting to current priorities and needs

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling during non-peak campaign periods
  • Healthcare reimbursement program
  • Opportunities to work on high-profile campaigns with measurable political impact
  • Career growth through mentorship, industry connections, and exposure to multiple campaign disciplines
