About the Role
An exclusive aviation catering kitchen supporting luxury private jet clients is hiring an Aviation Chef for its overnight production team. This role is ideal for a Culinary Chef, Catering Chef, or Executive Sous Chef seeking a predictable schedule, high-end scratch cooking, and a structured environment without the chaos of restaurant service.

What You’ll Do
Prepare, assemble, and package gourmet meals for private aviation
Follow standardized recipes + custom client requests
Maintain food quality, portion accuracy, and proper labeling
Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory
Keep a clean, safe, organized production kitchen
