• $10,000 Caseload Investment: We invest up to $10,000 per provider in marketing and promotion to help you build your patient panel quickly.
• Full Administrative Backend: We manage patient intake, credentialing with major payers, benefits verification, and all patient billing and collections.
• Steady Patient Referrals: Receive a consistent stream of patient referrals that match your clinical specialties, sourced from our established insurance partnerships.
• Integrated Tech Platform: Our all-in-one EHR platform includes secure telehealth, smart documentation templates, e-prescribing, and patient messaging, all designed to save you time.
• Guaranteed Bi-Weekly Pay: We ensure you're paid consistently every two weeks via direct deposit. No more chasing invoices.

Your Role: Clinical Freedom & Flexibility

This is a 100% remote role designed for the independent-minded clinician.

• Design Your Dream Schedule: You have complete control over your hours and availability. Start with as little as 5 hours per week and scale up as you desire.
• Set Your Own Caseload: Decide how many patients you want to see. You are in control of your work-life balance.
• Practice Your Way: Focus on your clinical strengths and serve the patient populations you're most passionate about.
• Collaborate with a Team: Connect with a network of therapists, care navigators, and fellow prescribers for case consultations and support, all within our platform.

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

We are selective because we invest heavily in the success of every provider we partner with.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license (or NP with psychiatric specialization) in the state of  Connecticut .
• DEA license with prescriptive authority in  Connecticut .
• Minimum of 5 hours of clinical availability per week.
• Comfortable and proficient with technology, EHRs, and providing care via telehealth.
• A collaborative spirit and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Ideal Candidate (Bonus Points):

• Licensed in multiple states.
• Significant experience with addiction medicine, co-occurring disorders, or trauma-informed care.
• Certified to prescribe Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) such as buprenorphine.
• Experience in a collaborative care or tech-forward clinical environment.

Compensation & Partnership Model

This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for maximum flexibility and earning potential.

• Compensation: Highly competitive revenue-sharing model. You have full transparency into billing and collections.
