Job Description

We are currently hiring a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in real estate transactions, we invite you to apply for this full-time, work-from-home position. Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, utilities tracking, and insurance start/stop/transfer processes Manage PML (Property Management Listing) documents and ensure accurate documentation ERC Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ERC clients Update addresses, answer inquiries, handle referrals, guide users through the app, and manage support tickets Communicate effectively with ERC tech support Handle payroll documents (editing and uploading into the system) Elevate Customer Support: Manage customer support for Elevate, addressing refunds, disputes, billing issues, and course-related matters Process removals from courses and coordinate the sending of weekly Zoom emails on Sundays and the morning of scheduled sessions Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination is a MUST Proven experience as executive assistance Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment Proficient in relevant software and tools Proficient in both English and Spanish languages Compensation: $1,600 USD monthly
