Remote Residential Contracts Coordinator | Process Real Estate Deals from Home | No Experience Required
We’re seeking organized, self-driven individuals to support the digital processing of residential real estate agreements. This fully remote position is tailored for those who want to participate in real estate deals—without becoming agents, making sales calls, or stepping foot on a property. You’ll be working in a systems-based support role, managing documents and keeping transactions on track using a straightforward digital process.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented people who enjoy behind-the-scenes work. If you’ve ever thrived on checking off to-do lists, managing digital folders, or keeping timelines in order, you’ll be a strong fit. No prior real estate experience is needed. You'll receive guided, professional training from a nationally recognized real estate investor featured on A&E, who developed the contract coordination method you’ll be using.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Contracts Coordinator, you’ll play a vital back-end role in helping property agreements move smoothly from seller to buyer. Your day-to-day work revolves around ensuring all parties have the correct documentation, signatures are in place, and every detail is ready for assignment.
Your tasks will include:
Receiving and reviewing signed seller agreements
Identifying missing information, signatures, or fields on contracts
Updating contract records in digital tracking spreadsheets
Following up with buyers or sellers using copy-and-paste text or email templates
Finalizing contracts by assembling agreement packets for digital handoff
Archiving completed files in a cloud-based system and logging delivery status
Coordinating multiple deals using a simple checklist and status log
Ensuring deals remain compliant, organized, and on-schedule
You won’t be negotiating, buying, or selling anything. This is about precision, not persuasion.
What Makes This Unique
Most real estate work requires licenses, capital, or cold calling. This doesn’t. Instead, you’ll be working within a digital coordination system—doing high-value work that investors rely on to close deals. You won’t be required to source leads or find properties. You’ll take contracts that are already in play and help finalize them.
It’s part administrative, part logistics, and fully remote. Best of all, you’ll earn per deal—so your results are directly tied to your output.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are organized and enjoy checklist-driven work
Prefer behind-the-scenes roles where accuracy matters
Communicate well over email or text using short, clear language
Are comfortable navigating Google Docs, Google Sheets, and online folders
Take pride in doing things the right way, not the rushed way
Want to participate in real estate without any sales pressure
You’ll Need
A laptop or computer with stable internet
The ability to read and manage simple legal agreements (you’ll be trained)
Focus and consistency when managing multiple open items
The willingness to follow a structured system without shortcuts
A quiet workspace and a few hours per week to check in and follow up on contracts
What’s Provided
You’ll be trained using a deal coordination system created by a nationally known real estate investor with thousands of contracts processed under his name. Training includes:
How to read and verify real estate agreements
The proper folder and file naming formats
When and how to follow up using pre-approved messaging
How to know when a contract is ready to deliver
How to track and log every step of the deal lifecycle
Examples of real contracts and step-by-step video demonstrations
You’ll never need to improvise or guess. Every part of the process is outlined in the system and available to review as needed.
Compensation
This is a per-contract opportunity. You’ll be compensated for each deal you successfully coordinate and prepare for assignment. Typical earnings range from $2,000 to $10,000 per completed contract. The number of contracts you handle depends on your availability and consistency.
There’s no hourly pay or salary cap. You control how many contracts you take on. Some coordinators manage 1–2 deals per month as a side hustle, while others scale to full-time income once they master the system.
What You’ll Gain
Real-world experience in real estate documentation and operations
A scalable system that grows as you do
Independence—you set your hours and work from wherever you want
Access to training and support materials that can lead to additional opportunities
Confidence handling high-value deals with a professional framework
This Isn’t For You If…
You prefer phone-heavy or sales-facing roles
You dislike repetitive tasks or structure
You’re looking for a fixed salary or hourly job
You need direct supervision throughout the day
This Is Perfect If…
You want flexible, remote income that rewards accuracy and consistency
You’re transitioning careers and want to build experience in real estate
You’ve worked in operations, admin, or support roles and want more earning potential
You’re self-directed, calm under pressure, and enjoy working independently
You want to learn a valuable business model you can take with you
