What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on water, fire, and mold jobs from the moment you arrive
• Use your expertise to set up, run, and monitor drying equipment without hand-holding
• Document jobs thoroughly so adjusters and customers trust your work
• Show compassion to homeowners dealing with tough situations, explaining what’s happening and why
• Be part of the on-call rotation for nights and weekends (we share the load as a team)

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of real restoration experience (mitigation, fire, mold, or water damage) at a restoration company
• Comfortable running jobs and using equipment independently from day one
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license
• Customer-focused, team-first, and reliable
