Inviting applications for the role Manger - Risk & Compliance

The candidate will be responsible for managing all activities throughout the Compliance Risk requirement areas.

Responsibilities

· Test design and effectiveness of controls established to satisfy compliance obligations; currently AML/Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Data Privacy

· Expand testing coverage (frequency and sample populations, regional), as well as to related operational controls and additional SCA Program areas

· Provide guidance w.r.t remediation plans.

· Assist with Issues Management tracking and reporting.

· Assist with reconciliation and update of compliance related processes and controls

· Conduct validation of issues closure

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications/skills

· Hands on experience in key Compliance domains (AML, AB, Data Privacy)

· Must be able to work at times, multiple assignments simultaneously

· System proficiency in MS Office Tools and strong report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities

· Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally

Preferred qualifications/skills

· Suitable experience preferred in Compliance risk, audit, control Design and Effectiveness testing
