We are a growing organization seeking an administrative support professional to support the Sales and Operations teams. This role may grow and split over the next 1-2 years.
This position is an in-office, full-time role. Requesting that you be able to work starting at 8am to accommodate support of the remote sales teams in other time zones.

Role:
Sales Team Support: (half or more of your time). You will be responsible for supporting remote sales staff which includes:
Being a liaison and problem solver with other internal departments.
Managing sales orders from the time of order placement to sending a shipping confirmation to customers. This includes communication with the customers around order logistics.
Professional communication with our customers is critical to success in this role.
Administrative organization tasks within sales software systems on an on-going basis.
Trade show logistics support (registrations, shipments and other required tasks).
Accounting Team Support: (estimating 1 hour per day) possible bookkeeping data entry; cloud-based filing and organization of records; support of our receivables and payables processes & communications. Don’t fret! Bookkeeping or AR/AP experience is a plus, but we can train the right person if you’re detail oriented and responsible.
Qualifications:
beadedstream is an evolving, growing, and technologically savvy organization. We rely heavily on cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace, Asana, CRM tools, and Quickbooks. Basic competency with using current technology is required - training and support is provided for our specific systems.
2+ years administrative experience preferred, with references.
Experience working directly with B2B customers is preferable.
Familiar with use of CRM systems is an asset
Competent and efficient in Cloud based software applications.
Willing to work on a variety of administrative sales tasks.
Is inquisitive and self motivated to improve systems and customer experience.
Punctual and reliable.
Highly responsive.
Detail oriented and an effective multitasker.
Clear, concise and professional communicator.
Team player within our organization.
