Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports sales account managers in promotional management, owns audit reviews, clearing deductions, and sales operational support, and ensures smooth execution of the go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities: Support to facilitate important operating rhythm touchpoints Monthly: Pan-Newell Town Halls, Pre-lock Meetings, Trade Reviews Support Sales team to manage Salesforce Funnel Support Sales team in planning of promotional trade Manage vendor income in Target's TVI system reconcile with TPM activities Resolve all incoming audits from Target Resolve incoming rebills from internal finance and Target Respond to deduction emails and coordinate resolution with the GBS team Update cost changes through the Prova system Promotional & Competitive Analysis Track and report on competitor activity at the item type level within Target Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAMs) to maintain accurate promotional and sales data Support ad hoc strategic projects during "flex time" to improve efficiency and alignment across functions Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of relevant experience. Collaborative and effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills. Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and redirect frequently. Self-starter with a bias toward action; able to independently handle communicating challenges with vendors. Proficient in Windows Suite specifically Excel PowerPoint. The MN base pay range for this position is from $63,800 to $79,800. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
