You will play a crucial role in evaluating students and developing individual treatment plans, in addition to crisis intervention, consultations, etc. Operating with professional expertise and deep care for students, you are a natural problem solver and self‑starter. Provide individual and group counselling to support students' mental health and social development. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention strategies and support plans. Connect families with community resources such as mental health services, housing assistance, or food support. Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioural challenges. Advocate for students' rights and access to services, particularly those with disabilities or in crisis. Participate in multidisciplinary teams, including IEP and 504 Plan meetings. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, trauma, or incidents of abuse or neglect. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution. Minimum one year of experience working with children. New graduates are welcome to apply! Psych experience is a plus. Schedule Flexible schedule. 15‑20 hours per week.
