Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from the initial briefing through to closing.
  • Partner with Clients, gaining insight into their specific hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
  • Utilize Strategic Sourcing methods, including our proprietary CRM/ATS and your personal network aided by our unique communications platform.
  • Capitalize on Our Advanced Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver long-term benefits for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our shared brand - and by extension, yours.

  • Familiar with navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on ours).
