Title: Senior Python Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full Time

As a Senior Python Developer with Database Experience, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, robust, and scalable Python-based solutions while working closely with our development and database teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define project requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and software solutions.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas, queries, and optimizations.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks in the applications.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide mentoring to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on database management.
• Strong expertise in Python and its libraries, with a focus on web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Proficiency in database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
