Qualifications: BS, MS, or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or similar field. Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects. Understanding of, and interest in, various UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, usability tests. Have work samples which demonstrates candidate research process and methods as well as candidate ability to clearly convey candidate findings. 5 years experience.
