Licensure: WA or Compact RN License Required
Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical research and direct patient interaction? We’re actively seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to support the objectives of a leading research department in Washington State. This is a contracted position through our agency, offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on multiple active clinical trials with a reputable healthcare organization.
Position Highlights
•\tCoordinate and manage multiple clinical research trials from start to close-out
•\tMaintain direct, ongoing patient contact throughout study duration
•\tCollaborate with sponsor reps, investigators, and clinical teams
•\tEnsure compliance with protocol, FDA, and sponsor guidelines
•\tProcess and ship biological specimens; maintain investigational product
•\tSupport prescreening and recruitment activities
•\tTrack financials and patient visits for study-related billing
•\tAttend sponsor/investigator meetings as needed
Schedule & Compensation
•\tFull-time contract, standard weekday schedule
•\tTravel and lodging support available, if applicable
•\tCompetitive hourly rates – based on experience and licensure
•\tBLS required; GCP & IATA training preferred
Requirements
•\tActive WA RN license or Compact State License
•\t2+ years of clinical research or relevant experience (AA + 2 years or HS + 4 years)
•\tProficient in phlebotomy, injections, ECGs
•\tStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
•\tComputer-savvy and adaptable to EMRs and research databases
Preferred
•\tBachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
•\tPrior experience managing study start-up and close-out
•\tExperience acting as liaison during audits or sponsor visits
