Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.

Role:

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a UX Researcher to help transform our federal client's organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes user research studies to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

• Conducts in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing sessions with target user groups.

• Analyzes research findings and synthesizes actionable insights to inform product design decisions.

• Collaborates closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into user-centered design solutions.

• Advocates for user needs and design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Continuously monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of design solutions through user feedback and iterative testing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in conducting user research for digital products or services.

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Clearance:

• Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
