Wellness Coach Job Description

The Company : RISE Modern Wellness is a full-service wellness facility offering state-of-the-art services like Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, IV Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Dry Salt Therapy, and much more! We help clients achieve their wellness goals, from detoxification to fat loss, pain management, beauty, deep relaxation, and athletic performance.

The Position : The Wellness Coach oversees all operations of services offered at RISE Modern Wellness, including Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, PEMF Therapy, Dynamic Compression, CryoFacials, and more! The Wellness Coach is responsible for educating clients on each service, offering general recommendations to help them achieve their wellness goals. Additionally, the Wellness Coach manages daily operations, including answering phones, booking appointments, updating client notes, sales calls, and maintaining storefront cleanliness.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversations with new and existing clients
• Quick and adaptable learner who can clearly articulate information to clients
• Positive attitude in person and on the phone; willingness to make cold calls to promote our brand and services
• Skilled multi-tasker who can think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, providing thorough notes on new and existing clients
• Must be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends. Our shifts include Monday-Thursday (8:45 am-2:30 pm or 2:30 pm-7:15 pm) and Friday-Saturday (8:45 am-4:15 pm)

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1 year of experience working in a health/wellness-related facility
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-based working environment
• Drive to learn and complete ongoing training about our modalities
